Rebecca Eve and Paul O’Sullivan are trailblazers in what is now a second wave of renovations in the medina. Their six-room guesthouse mixes traditional architecture with modern style and a laid-back vibe: the intricate zellige tiling in the courtyard and dining room is a wonderful foil to the secluded walled garden with its plunge pool. The great views over the medina from the upper floors are best served with a G&T at sunset.
